How do I place an order?
We have made it super quick and easy for you. Pick your fancy of items and add them to your cart. Once you’re ready, click on ‘checkout’ and complete your order
 
How do I make a Payment?
Our chosen method of payment is PayPal. If you do not have a PayPal account, don’t worry, you can still pay directly with your Debit/Credit card via PayPal without even having to sign up. We do not accept bank transfers. If you require further information, please have a look at www.paypal.com. All transactions are secure and payment details are not kept by us
All information given to us is kept confidential at all times and will not be disclosed to any third parties
 
Do you ship worldwide?
We currently ship all over the world; however postage price will vary depending on your location. If you are unable to process an order through our website, please email us with your order and postal information. We can then arrange a personal invoice with the shipping fee. To send us an email, go to our ‘Contact us’ page
 
What are the shipping costs?
UK -
Shipping costs starts at £3.50. All orders are shipped via Royal Mail and are tracked to ensure that your precious items are not misplaced. (Depending on the weight and size of your order, shipping price may cost more. This will be added after your order as a further payment)
USA -
Shipping costs starts at $6.99 (Depending on the weight and size of your order, shipping price may cost more. This will be added after your order as a further payment)
Other International -
Shipping costs will vary depending on the weight and size of your order. If you are unable to process an order through our website, please email us with your order and postal information. We can then arrange a manual invoice with the shipping fee
 
How long will my order take to arrive?
UK -
Orders are dispatched on Tuesdays and Thursdays. We post all orders 2nd class recorded via Royal Mail postal services. Once your order has been dispatched, you will be notified via email, which will enable you to track your order. Your order will be delivered between 5-7 working days after it has been dispatched. Please allow time for delivery during public holidays such as bank holidays, Christmas etc. We DO NOT take responsibility for any items lost items misplaced by Royal Mail. However, please contact us if you have not received your order within 7 days after it has been dispatched
International -
Orders are dispatched on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Your order will be delivered between 10-15 working days after it has been dispatched. Please allow time for delivery during public holidays such as bank holidays, Christmas etc. We DO NOT take responsibility for any items lost items misplaced by the courier. However, please contact us if you have not received your order within 20 days after it has been dispatched
 
How do I cancel an order?
Once you have paid for your order, you have 2 hours to contacts us should you need to cancel. We trust that you will be satisfied with your items so reconsider before cancelling
 
How do I return an item?
We only accept returns if the item is faulty or unfit for purpose. If this does occur, please email us within 3 days of receiving with your order number, the name of the item you wish to return and picture of the fault. We aim to reply back within 24 hours. Once we have authorized your reason for return, you will have 10 working days to return the item back to us. We recommend that return you item via tracked mail and keep proof of postage. We cannot process refunds for parcels returned after the 10 day period or if they are lost in transit
Sale Items – All sale items cannot be returned. In order to avoid disappointment, please ensure that you have read the product descriptions before placing an order.
Please Note – We cannot process refunds on rings, earrings, jewellery sets (with earrings) and headbands due to hygiene purposes. All items must be returns in the original packaging. Returns are at your own cost
 
How long will my refund take to process?
You will be notified via email once we have received and checked your return. Refunds are processed within 2 working days after receipt of your goods. However, it may take longer for the funds to appear in your account. All refunds are credited back to the original method of payment. Refunds do not include the delivery charge
